Are You New to Parkway?

If you are new to Parkway or have been thinking about attending service, we invite you to learn more about our church, what we believe and what we value.

Our History

Parkway UMC began in the living room of Pastor Paul and Kellie Clines on July 28, 1996 with 14 people and a lot of faith. Since that time, we have worshiped at the cafeteria of Walker Station Elementary, The Club in New Territory, and finally to our own home (15 acres at Grand Parkway 99 and New Territory Blvd.) on December 15, 2002. We have grown from 14 people to over 700 in weekend attendance, and in many ways, we feel like we are just getting started!

Parkway has always prioritized being a church for those who don’t go to church. Our worship is upbeat and relevant with a casual atmosphere that makes the person who feels furthest from God feel comfortable.

Our mission is to reach those people in our area who do not have a relationship with God or are not participating in a church and gradually grow together into devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
