What's it all about?
Can you imagine what it would look like if a Parkway United Methodist Church cancelled worship services one Sunday morning? Can you imagine what it would look like if we, instead of sitting in worship in our building, we set out to serve the overlooked and forgotten of Fort Bend county? Can you imagine what it would look like if we decided church was about PEOPLE instead of a BUILDING?
Well, it’s time to stop imagining and start experiencing a Sunday like that. On August 29, Parkway United Methodist Church is Taking It To The Streets. On this Sunday, there will be no services held at Parkway, no Middle School or High School activities, no Kids activities as we experience “church” in a new way.
You can sign up, here or at church in the Worship Center. For more information, contact Kip Dornhorst or Marty Vershel.
